What we commit to

We acknowledge your referral

You'll know it arrived, not wonder.

A free consultation within one week

With a clinician, not an intake coordinator.

With consent, we close the loop

Your office hears that intake occurred and care is underway.

If our schedule is full, you hear the same week

We won't hold your referral on a list you don't know about.

Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly will my client be seen?+

We offer a free 15-minute consultation within one week of your referral, and we reply to your office within one business day.

Will I hear back after I refer someone?+

Yes. With the client's written consent, your office is told that intake occurred and care is underway. If our schedule is full, you hear the same week so you can refer elsewhere without losing time.

What does it cost the client?+

$180 for a 50-minute session, with the first 15-minute consultation free. Most extended health plans reimburse a Registered Psychotherapist, NIHB covers eligible First Nations and Inuit clients in full, IFHP is coordinated for eligible claimants, and a limited number of sliding-scale spots are available.

Do you provide assessments or reports?+

We provide treatment, not assessment. Psychological assessments and formal expert reports require a psychologist.

What languages are available?+

Sessions run in English, French, and Farsi, and clients are welcome to bring their own interpreter.

How do clients attend sessions?+

Virtually — by secure video or by phone — anywhere in Ontario.

Ready when you are.

The first conversation is free and takes fifteen minutes. There's nothing to prepare, and nothing you need to explain perfectly.
